**Job Description**:
The Workplace Services (WPS) team at Nine Sydney is dedicated to ensuring the day-to-day operation of the site at 1 Denison St North Sydney, and to supporting the resident business units. This includes managing a range of functions, including; repairs & maintenance, cleaning, meeting rooms, mailroom services, café and catering, security, parking, executive reception, stationery & consumables and End of Trip facilities & lockers.

As a General Hand you will provide assistance to the WPS team wherever required, and duties will include:

- Carrying out minor repairs using hand and power tools
- Moving furniture and boxes
- Delivering goods to various sites and organisations as instructed
- Assisting with mailroom duties
- Contributing to general housekeeping on site, including maintaining clean and organized work spaces

**Qualifications**:
You will be an energetic and motivated team player, always willing to step in and get the job done. You will have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload, while communicating effectively to stakeholders to manage expectations and timeframes. You will be flexible in your approach to work and willing to take on a variety of duties as required, including manual labour tasks.

What you will bring to the role:

- A reasonable level of physical fitness and the ability to safely undertake manual labor tasks
- The ability to carry out minor repairs using hand and power tools
- Attention to detail, good presentation, communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work in a team or alone
- A current Driver's license
