**About the Job**
This is an ongoing casual position with a long-established company in the Laverton North area for a dedicated General Hand/Grinder.

**About You**
- Clean-up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material.
- Assist workshop floor staff as required.
- Ability to Grind metal and steel as required.
- Handle and transport materials and equipment.
- Use power tools and machinery when needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labour tasks.
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions.
- Forklift driving as required preferred but not essential.
- Experience using overhead cranes preferred but not essential.
- Dedicated commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised.
- Punctuality with a good attendance record.
