Australian College of Future Education (ACOFE) is seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our team as a Part-time Student Support Officer. As the first point of contact for our students, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, clarifying doubts, and guiding students through our courses.

(female only position)
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Contact students via phone to discuss course details, fees and address queries
- Explain course structure, requirements, and benefits to prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and updates
- Ensure timely follow-ups with students
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Excel competence
- Weekly availability (Monday to Friday)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes
- **Preferred Qualifications**:_
- No experience need but it is desirable if you have previous experience in customer service, education, or sales
