We are looking for an incredible behaviour support practitioner to join our friendly and experienced team. **The person we are looking for needs to meet the following essential criteria**
- Qualification in Allied Health or Social and Behavioural sciences such as Psychology, Counselling and Applied Behaviour Analysis and Behaviour Technician.
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery of positive behaviour support services
- Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- Ability to work part time (minimum 2 days preferred) or full time
- Excellent organisation, time and case management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong rapport with children, parents, teachers and carers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

**Previous experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical paediatric behaviour therapy experience
- Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum preferred

**Daily responsibilities will include**
- Managing a clinical caseload including assessment and therapy in the clinic, home, pre-school and school settings
- Participation in staff development activities with the other members of the team including attending training and mentoring programs

Pay: $105.00 - $125.00 per hour
