Northside Speech Pathology is a multidisciplinary clinic that offers speech pathology, occupational therapy and behaviour support in a central north shore location. We are looking for an incredible behaviour support practitioner to join our friendly and experienced team. We are passionate about family centred care and creating programs that support each individual child to achieve their potential.

**The person we are looking for needs to meet the following essential criteria**
- Qualification in Allied Health or Social and Behavioural sciences such as Psychology, Counselling and Applied Behaviour Analysis and Behaviour Technician.
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery of positive behaviour support services
- Registration as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- Ability to work part time (minimum 2 days preferred) or full time
- Excellent organisation, time and case management skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to develop strong rapport with children, parents, teachers and carers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development

**Previous experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical paediatric behaviour therapy experience
- Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum preferred

**Daily responsibilities will include**
- Managing a clinical caseload including assessment and therapy in the clinic, home, pre-school and school settings
- Participation in staff development activities with the other members of the team including attending training and mentoring programs

Pay: $105.00 - $125.00 per hour
