We represent a leading global law firm with offices nationally.

As an upshot of growth within their Real Estate practice, they are now looking for an excellent junior to mid level property lawyer to join their market leading team.

**Real Estate**

The global integrated Real Estate practice includes a pre-eminent Brisbane team.

The practice is widely regarded as a Band 1 real estate (property) practice covering a range of transactions and advice.

They advise clients in Australia and overseas including foreign institutional investors, property fund managers, government authorities, real estate investment trusts, developers and other stakeholders on some of the largest and complex projects in Australia.

As you would expect from a market leading team, the client list is exceptional.

**Position Description**

This role will see you working predominantly with two of the best real estate practitioners in the country which is evidenced in virtually all leading legal professional publications.

You will work on a range of property related matters including real estate, major projects, structured property investments, government and public sector tendering, corporate and project equity, finance investment structuring and corporate finance.

Your supervising partners' team and the wider Brisbane Real Estate practice has an excellent culture.

**Requirements**:
You will be a commercial property lawyer with
**one to four**
**years'** experience from a reputable practice. You will have excellent interpersonal and client liaison skills and enjoy being part of a team.

In addition, you will have:

- A **developing professional profile **and an ability to develop an internal network beyond the practice group
- An ability to consistently present a** positive image** of self, the team and the firm.
