**The Real Estate practice group is consistently ranked in the first tier of league tables and boasts an impressive client base that includes private and public companies, institutional investors and government entities.**

As a lawyer in this team, you will work across a full range of services in areas including acquisitions and disposals, construction projects, financing, hospitality, land use, planning and development, leasing, environmental law and tax.

**The Brisbane Real Estate team are now looking to add a motivated lawyer with**:

- a minimum of 3+ years' PQE gained at a firm(s) noted for their expertise in this area;
- a sound academic background (distinction average) is essential, as are excellent skills in communication and client relations skills;
- proven expertise in drafting documentation, facilitating negotiations, providing sound legal and regulatory advice to clients; and
- a genuine interest in property law and further career development.
