We are looking for professional and motivated Operations Managers wanting to join a leading warehousing and transport company located in Brisbane.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing the rosters and overlooking the performance of the Operations Team
- Responding to customer queries and developing solutions to their distribution needs.
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure all outgoing orders are distributed correctly and efficiently.
- Must have strong leadership skills to be able to lead and supervise a team of drivers and operations employees.
- Must have knowledge in compliance and safety surrounding transport
- Experience using transport management software and Microsoft office.
- The ability to operate forklifts and trucks (preferable, but not necessary).
- Knowledge of compliance and legislation within the transport industry
- Great positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to establish and build relationships with key clients, ensuring adequate servicing of their needs and expectations
