Customer Service Officer (CSO) - Part Time - Sanctuary Point

The Customer Service Officer (CSO) role is responsible for creating exceptional frontline experiences for current and new customers, and friendly and efficient support of the internal BCR Communities team with a focus on operational support and service.

**Description**:
This role will be based at the BCR Youth & Community Centre in Sanctuary Point. You will be required to work flexibly between the hours of 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday. Some duties may require occasional travel to BCR sites in South Nowra and Sanctuary Point. This part time role requires availability for a minimum of 25 hours per week, however hours may increase during peak periods and for the purposes of leave coverage.

- Has initiative and problem solving skills, including ability to resolve issues within scope of the role
- Values quality, and will generate, recommend and implement continuous improvement ideas
- Will make the most of being an integral part of and supporting the CSO and broader BCR teams

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Role Requirements**:

- Previous frontline, customer service experience
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening
- First Aid + CPR (or willing to obtain)
- Drivers Licence
- Certificate III Business (Customer Engagement) or willingness to obtain
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management system would be highly regarded
