**Description**:
The outbound call consultant is responsible for collecting information on specific products and services offered by our clients. The information collected allows us to collate data and provide feedback and insight to our clients around the specific products targeted in each campaign. This is an entry level job that does not require previous experience in sales or outbound calls, but this will be highly regarded.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake outbound calls to veterinary clients with the aim of extracting information about their pet’s veterinary care.
- Complete the survey / questionnaire for each client, obtaining as much information as possible.
- Complete designated call volume within specified time period.
- Accurately record information obtained from clients.

**What does success look like in this role?**

Reaching provided benchmarks on obtaining targeted information from clients.

Calls completed within the allocated time frame.

Obtaining accurate information from veterinary clinic customers which can be used to present back to clients who have paid for this service.
