**The role**

We’re looking for female disability support workers able to work for a participant in Lawnton, and another participant in Upper Mount Gravatt.

Experience and/or training with mental health and recovering addicts (Lawnton) would be a huge advantage for this role.

Experience and/or training with seizures (Upper Mt Gravatt) would be a huge advantage for this role.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Independant contractors only (own abn etc)**:

- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Disability Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card)
- NDIS Worker Modules
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged or Disability Care
- A Current Australian Federal Police or Queensland National Police Check
- A current and valid Australian drivers licence
- A roadworthy and registered vehicle (KM's reimbursed)
- Ability to work in Australia
- Suitably qualified professionals with a genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
- A positive and empathetic attitude, with the ability to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Experience in providing personal care and supporting daily living activities.

- Rates: Support Workers - $42.50 per hour plus shift penalties
