We're seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our team, supporting NDIS participants across **Brisbane's inner suburbs, Ipswich, Redland, and Logan.**

Must have **experience** in Mental health to assist our participants to work towards their NDIS goals.

**Duties and responsibilities may include**:

- Community Access: social activities
- Personal Care: Medication support, other personal care needs, meal preparation etc
- Expected to follow the company policies and procedures and code of conduct.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients reporting and documenting on their progress.
- Attending training as required.

**You must have**:

- Experience in supporting client with challenging behaviors.
- Current CPR / First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one once commenced
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain one
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- Reliable, registered vehicle with **Comprehensive Insurance**
- Smart mobile phone with internet access
