**Description**
We need someone who can hit the ground running, see the big picture and think outside of the box to rapidly identify the opportunities to deliver value in the immediate term as well as define strategies and plans to build the capability needed to serve us as we scale.
You will work closely alongside the product and our commercial team to develop, implement and execute marketing activities and programs to effectively drive new business acquisition and account growth and retention, capturing feedback and insights to inform the product roadmap and ensure that messaging, content and campaign strategies are centered around customers’ needs.
This is a global role that will interface with are looking for a passionate, energetic and entrepreneurial hands-on Head of Marketing with a solid background in successfully leading a Product Marketing team to lead the development of Everledger’s marketing strategy and function through our next phase of growth.
You will sit at the heart of Everledger’s Product Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with overall accountability for developing and implementing strategies which will strengthen Everledger’s positioning globally and build sustainable commercial growth. You’re equally as comfortable getting in and getting the work done - be it turning around a video for a new product release that nails the value prop to our target customers, or working through improvement of our digital pipeline to tweak and improve outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing and product marketing leadership - Lead the strategy, development and execution of everledger’s global marketing programs, working with product and commercial teams to activate our brand and translate our solution to our target customers across multiple channels to drive new business acquisition and account growth and retention
- Go-To-Market / Product marketing activities - Design communications and marketing activities to enable new product launches and bring new capabilities to market
- Sales Enablement - Communicate the value proposition of the products to including working with product to develop tools that support the selling process for our products and maximise the impact of our messaging for our defined target audiences.
- Partner Enablement - communicate the value proposition of the products to channel partners and develop sales tools that enable acquisition and platform growth
- Leverage insights and expertise to inform Everledger’s product strategy and roadmap and mitigate product gaps.
- Design and manage ROI metrics to measure and report on the performance of marketing budget and activities and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Regular communication with management on marketing program status, risks, and metrics and recommending actions to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- An accomplished range of marketing skills from high-level strategic thinking to creativity and execution with significant experience across the marketing mix; developing and delivering multi-channel digital and offline campaigns
- Solid understanding and use of CRM, marketing automation systems and website analytics and how to drive and measure results across digital and offline channels.
- Skills in developing product positioning and tailoring messages to specific customer audiences that help sales to convert and grow revenues.
- A strong stakeholder manager and excellent communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations and tradeoffs to senior management.
- Favourable - Bachelor, Master's degree or MBA in Marketing or Communications
