The Role

Are you a bold, strategic thinker who thrives in purpose-led environments? We're looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and elevate the marketing function at Sana Health Group.

This is a unique opportunity to build a nationally recognised brand in one of Australia's most important and fast-evolving sectors — mental health and addiction care. You'll shape strategy, lead an outstanding team, and deliver campaigns that genuinely change lives.

The Successful Candidate will hold:

  • A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in marketing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven success delivering brand and performance strategies with measurable ROI.
  • Strong team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.

The Day to Day

As Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Lead the rollout of our Master Brand Strategy across multiple sites and services
  • Own digital, content, performance, and communications strategies
  • Manage budgets, agencies, and internal resources to deliver ROI
  • Empower and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Run integrated campaigns with clear KPIs and continuous optimisation
  • Partner with internal teams to drive growth and engagement across all touchpoints
