**How will I help?**

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Acting as the intermediary between end-users and IT to ensure the business/user requirements are delivered in IT solutions
- manage and co-ordinate test lifecycles (timeline, scripts, capabilities, resources, execution and delivery effectively
- review and provide input to Project and change documentation
- Plan resources, UAT test execution and implementation plans and approach for Enterprise Release and Production support testing
- Deliver test results and regular updates on execution progress against timelines.
- Deliver system enhancements on time that fully meet customer requirements and ensure system enhancement analysis, development and process is delivered as per Business requirements minimizing workarounds
- Manage the resolution of escalated system issues and turnaround times to ensure issues are resolved in accordance with business needs, timeframes and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Manage Application Test Defects through to resolution or business acceptance of workarounds with the Project teams
- Provide sign-off for all changes to ensure that risks are minimized and communicated to the business
- Ensure processes and procedures are in place to provide effective and optimal solutions to issues raised by system users
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and SOX compliance where applicable are met

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following skills:

- Testing knowledge and understanding - System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
- Understanding of Project Management - specific to customer service (stakeholders) and information technology perspectives
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) relating to knowledge for change management, specific to system releases and business requirements
- High risk lens - understanding of various governance procedures, compliance and controls - specific to SOX, Juno etc
- Essential - Experience/exposure to systems and various stakeholders from lowest level to executive level (Banking Systems)
