Your key responsibilities will include:

- Handling all Telephone calls in a timely manner
- Greeting Patients
- Making appointments
- Setting up procedures and manuals
- Ordering office supplies
- Medicare rebates and billings
- Demonstrated experience in a medical setting would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and put procedures in place
- Able to exercise good time management skills and prioritisation between competing tasks
- Flexible approach to work demands
- Professional demeanour
