**Your Role**

As a Community Aged Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised care and support to older individuals, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and connected to their community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing essential services such as personal care, domestic assistance, meal preparation, and medication support.
- Helping clients stay active and engaged through social support and transport services.
- Observing and reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to the Coordinator.
- Promoting independence and choice while ensuring a high standard of care.
- Creating meaningful connections with clients and their families.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking kind-hearted, proactive individuals who are passionate about aged care and community services. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Community Services (essential)
- A current First Aid Certificate & SA Driver’s Licence (essential)
- A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance (essential)
- DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
- Experience working with older people in a home care setting
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on dignity and choice
The ability to work independently and within a team
