We are currently seeking a Tour Guide with a passion for beer to join the team at our Abbotsford Brewhouse. The role involves escorting tour groups of up to 20 guests through the iconic Abbotsford Brewery at various times across weekdays and weekends. As a Tour Guide you will be required to understand and explain the brewing process, share the story of CUB's history, and introduce our extensive portfolio of beers in an animated, informative, and engaging way. Full onsite training is provided but your real passion for beer, your energy and enthusiasm to create an outstanding guest experience will need to shine through. There will also be an opportunity to assist with food & beverage service for functions and events when required.

In your role as Tour Guide, you will have a passion for history, be professional, outgoing, and will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time. You will enjoy explaining the brewing process and brewery history.

**Your key accountabilities will be**:

- Ensure all customers are safe while in your care.
- Ensure every customer has a wonderful experience.
- Facilitate brewery tours and beer tastings in a professional, knowledgeable, fun, and interactive manner.
- Act as an ambassador for the brewery and venue.
- Ensure RSA is practiced and upheld.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness for a safe work environment.
- Ensure Tours are kept to schedule and follow the commentary.

**About you**
- Outgoing and passionate about history, the brewery and beer.
- First aid certificate is preferred but not essential.
- Wonderful customer service skills
- Ability to deliver memorable experiences to each guest.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills.
- High standards of presentation for both yourself and your work.
