Here at Inlight, we’re a digital product agency that leverages strategy, design, and technology to solve complex and interesting business challenges. We're passionate about working alongside our clients to create well-considered digital products and experiences that deliver maximum impact for them and their users.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can execute our marketing strategy, manage content creation and distribution, coordinate events, and handle social media and PR programs. This role requires exceptional copywriting skills to craft compelling messages that resonate with Inlight’s target audience.
At Inlight, you’ll get a chance to work on challenging and impactful projects, with plenty of hands-on involvement from start to finish. Our frameworks and initiatives encourage creative thinking but are lean and flexible enough that they don’t slow us down or make us jump through hoops. We believe that our people, rather than technology, produce the best outcomes. You'll join forces with 45+ friendly Inlighters, who work flexibly between home and our brand new Clifton Hill office, purpose-built with hybrid work being central to its design.
**What we care about**:
- Creating digital experiences that solve genuine human needs and positively impact users.
- Working in partnership with our clients to create a tangible impact on their business
- Offering a team a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Building a team that’s aligned with our values, without needing everyone to think or sound the same
- Supporting the growth and learning of our people with defined progression frameworks, coaching, and regular knowledge sharing.
- Intentionally creating environments, tooling, and connected ways of working that support our team to create results (and have some fun) in a way that works for them.
- Fostering a culture that values openness and support, prioritising flexibility and well-being.
**As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll**:
- Execute the overall marketing strategy as defined by the Partnerships Director
- Coordinate and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns to ensure timely and effective implementation
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent content production and distribution. Leverage generative AI tools to optimise content development
- Create engaging and high-quality content for various channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and websites
- Manage and maintain the Inlight website, ensuring it is up-to-date and aligned with Inlight’s positioning and brand guidelines
- Work with the design team to develop marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers
- Plan and coordinate events, including industry conferences, webinars, workshops, and internal events
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Collaborate with the Executive team to manage the PR program, write and distribute press releases, and build relationships with media contacts
- Identify relevant industry awards and manage the submission process
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of tender responses and proposals
- Support the executive team in developing and promoting their personal brands
- Develop and execute a strategy to enhance Inlight's employer brand.
**You’re someone who**:
- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Has at least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role
- Process exceptional copywriting and editing skills
- Has strong project management and organisational abilities
- Is proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Has experience in content creation and SEO
- Excels in communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Has proven experience in event planning and social media management
- Has experience managing PR programs and media relations.
**What you get in return**:
- Plenty of responsibility while working on complex and interesting projects
- We're intentional about promoting well-being and recognising the demands of outside life. We encourage time out and continue to experiment with flexible working arrangements
- Athough we follow the hybrid model, we care about our culture and actively promote social team activities and initiatives to maintain strong internal connections
- Growth & learning-focused environment with clear progression pathways and support
- Access to a $1,000 annual learning fund.
- A $1,000 stipend for your home setup, since we are a remote-friendly workplace
- Well-being initiatives include a dedicated mental health committee and well-being days
- An environment where everyone feels welcome and is free to contribute ideas, have an impact and build a career they’re excited about.
