With continued success in the ANZ market and an ambitous growth strategy the've created a key leadership role of Head of Logistics Operations to join their growing team in Sydney.

**The role **will report to the COO and will have will have full accountability for the logistics operations overseeing 3PL and Freight partners in ANZ and in time will support operations in SEA and other markets. The role will lead a small team initially and will play an active role in managing the performance of all logistics partners to ensure SLAs are being met, costs managed, and the high levels of customer service achieved. The role will also take a lead on the implementation of new technologies such as AI across the network which will help to manage and optimise inventory and logistics performance. This is a hands-on, operational, commercial, and strategically focused role.
