We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a **Production Crew Member **to join our skilled team based in **Rosehill **. We're looking for someone with experience in asphalt manufacturing, a commitment to safety, and a focus on quality.

**About the Role**:As a key player in our production crew, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining mobile equipment while ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. You'll help ensure the smooth and efficient running of our asphalt manufacturing process.

**About You**:

- **General Construction Induction Card**: Must hold a valid card.
- **Mechanical Skills**: Experience as a fitter or mechanically inclined background is highly desirable.
- **Relevant Experience**: Experience in asphalt manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- **Mobile Equipment**: Competent in operating Front End Loaders, Skid Steers, and Forklifts.
- **Team Player**: Strong positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
- **Flexibility**: Open to working day and night shifts as required.
- **Zero Harm Commitment**: A strong dedication to maintaining a Zero Harm culture.
