**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Projects Team Leader the Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the Commercial Account Executives by providing outstanding customer service to commercial customers, assisting with pricing, meeting margin targets and following orders all the way through to completion.
- Assist the Commercial Account Executives by creating quotations and assisting with tenders, processing incoming sales orders, providing support with pricing and technical enquiries and manage accuracy of internal pricing and product data
- Provide quality customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of available range of products, setting timeframes and keeping customer informed throughout each stage of the ordering process
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes
- Regularly communicate with manufacturers to ensure pricing and product information is accurate and update where necessary, as well as monitoring stock levels and availability.
- Ensure the DC’s are informed well in advance of any scheduled bulk deliveries due into the warehouse or out to customers

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service and/or administration
- Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products highly desired
- High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to analyse technical data and make product recommendations
- A team player
- Excellent organisational skills

- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
