**About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to provide day-to-day operational leadership for a multi-professional allied health (AH), health practitioner (HP) team and operational management for the multidisciplinary clinical assistant (CA) team member and TCPRC Pharmacists providing comprehensive pain management programs for patients receiving services from the TCPRC at STARS, who are physically based at the TCPRC and professionally governed by their professional Health Practitioner discipline department at the RBWH.

About you

Lead a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and patient centred care within the team.
Act as the primary point of contact for RBWH TCPRC allied health services.
Provide advanced level clinical services and evidence-based interventions (within relevant discipline scope) for a complex clinical caseload and deliver high level allied health clinical consultancy services, and/or the facilitation of critical decisions for patients whose persistent pain may not respond favourably to treatments, have a high symptom burden or are considering withdrawal from treatment to professionals working with complex patients within the TCPRC.
Provide strategic direction and authoritative clinical advice regarding allied health clinical standards, workforce planning priorities, management of resources and service planning aligned with organisational, state-wide, and national priorities to TCPRC clinical colleagues, professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers and other stakeholders.
