About the role

You will provide professional customer service and administrative support in our food and retail services and support commercial operations at our SMB Campus.

You will:
- provide retail and food service in our café, store operations and functions;- produce internal catering, food products and beverages for sale; and- provide prompt and efficient customer service to our customers.

About you

You will have a commitment to quality customer service with attention to detail and the ability to work with students and other client groups.

You will possess:
- prior experience in a hospitality or retail setting would be highly desirable;- the ability to use standard office software packages;- interpersonal and communication skills; and- ability to work independently as well as part of a team

All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Please refer to the position description for WWCC requirements.
