**Permanent Part Time Disability Support Worker - Social Connections Day Service in Lilydale**:

**About The Role**:

- Disability Support Worker
- Permanent Part Time employment
- **Must be available to work Monday to Thursday OR Monday to Friday | 9am to 3pm - 30 mins unpaid break | Total of 44 OR 55 hours per fortnight**:

- To work as a member of Scope’s Day Program in Glen Waverley to support the access and participation of all adults with disabilities within an inclusive environment.
- Support clients with their personal goals, hobbies, and interests through a person-centered approach. This can include sports and games, art and crafts, field trips, and more
- Provide assistance to clients with their daily living activities.
- Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
- Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
