**About the Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes and communities. Your day may include personal care, household tasks, social support, and companionship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and medication support.
- Offer emotional support and build trusting, respectful relationships with clients.
- Encourage independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
- Ensure client safety and well-being, following all infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participant records in accordance with company policy.

**Requirements**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate - _"Quality, Safety and You"_
- Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certificates
- Physically capable of performing support tasks
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport with full comprehensive insurance
