FCM - the large market, global corporate travel division of the Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for unique Corporate Travel Consultant.

**About the Opportunity: FCM Corporate Travel Consultant - Accommodation**

In this role you will manage emergency accommodation bookings for a national insurance company. You’ll be someone who loves to connect with customers and can show compassion and empathy in times of need.

**All About You**:
- Strong Verbal and Written communication with an ability to listen carefully, demonstrate empathy and deliver clear options-
- Experience in a customer service role-
- Ability to learn new systems-
- Strong time management skills and professionalism-
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and customer expectations in a fast paced environment-
- High attention to detail-
- Excellent communication skills-
- A 'can do' attitude**Experience desirable, but not essential**:

- Leisure or Corporate Travel Management- Global Distribution System (GDS) - Sabre would be highly regarded**What’s In It For You?**
