**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Site document control
- Preparation and distribution of documents for subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist Project & Site Management with new orders and delivery schedules
- General Site duties
- Implementation of company WHS, Quality Assurance & Environmental Protection policies

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Currently studying Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar
- Understanding of construction documentation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
- Construction industry induction card

This is a full time site/office based role with the opportunity for further career advancement (depending on experience).

**Job Types**: Casual, Full-time, Fixed term, Subcontract, Contract, Temp to perm

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
