**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand the strengths and weaknesses of our competitors' products.
- Gather and interpret data from various sources, including user surveys, website analytics, and market research reports.
- Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product requirements and prioritize features.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in product analytics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics).
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
- Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus.
