**About the role**

Responsible for the provision of a confidential secretarial and administrative service in the Department of Immunology and Allergy. This entails using a teamwork approach, coordinating day-to-day workloads within the group, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and accurate manner, handling more complex work tasks and problems, liaising with other hospital departments and staff to identify requirements/priorities and providing guidance and advice to less experienced staff in the group.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
