**Your Role at Nextt**:
Join us in making a difference As a disability support worker at Nextt, you'll play a crucial role in planning and delivering health support for our clients.

Nextt is seeking a passionate and reliable male mental health support worker to assist a client residing in Blacktown Hospital. You must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting a participant with a mental health diagnosis and challenging behaviours.

Supports Times:
Tuesday 11am-2pm

Thursday 11am-2pm

Supports will take place on the grounds of the hospital with the aim of transitioning to community access supports in the future.

Opportunity for a permanent part-time contract will be considered after 3 months and in consultation with the client.

**Your skills and experience**:
Experience with mental health support and challenging behaviours

Experience with autism awareness, behaviour supports

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- NDIS workers screening check
- Working with children check
- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid - CPR
