**Our Client**
One of Australia's leading eye clinics is on the search for a Booking Coordinator and Receptionist to be the face of their award-winning clinic. You will be surrounded by driven and authentic individuals and build strong relationships with patients.

**Role**
Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Meet and greet patients as the face of the business
- Answer inbound calls in a professional manner
- Follow protocols for administrative admissions of surgical patients
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy state
- Liaise with specialist and patients to book surgeries

**Your experience will include**:

- Previous experience working in a medical clinic
- Experience using any of the following: Blue Chip, Genie, Best Practice etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
