**About Us**

Martian Logic a fast-growing HR Tech company and we're experiencing a significant growth. The CEO is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Mid-Level Executive Assistant to streamline their workflow, enhance productivity, and act as a trusted partner in driving strategic priorities.

**What You’ll Do**
- Calendar & Meeting Mastery: Own the CEO’s complex schedule—prioritise meetings, coordinate across global time zones, and anticipate conflicts.- Project Coordination: Track key initiatives, prepare briefing materials, and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange seamless domestic/international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.

**Who You Are**
- Experience: 3-5 years as an EA (tech startup or fast-paced environment preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in G Suite, Slack, Zoom
- Bonus: Familiarity with Jira & HubSpot
- Adaptable: Thrive in ambiguity and pivot quickly.
- Communicator: Exceptional written/verbal skills—you can distill complex ideas into clear messages.
- Anticipatory: Think three steps ahead to preempt needs.
