**About the Role**:
As a Sessional Academic you will have the opportunity to teach within our VU First Year College®, who offer a unique learning experience designed specifically for first year students. VU’s First Year College® is looking to increase their pool of qualified people to teach into our Bachelor Nursing degree.

You must hold current nursing registration and a Master's or doctoral degree in the nursing field is highly desirable. Evidence of substantial and current knowledge of discipline/field of study.

You will engage in our renowned VU Block Model®, where one unit is taught at a time. This allows you to teach in small groups and provides you with an opportunity to engage with and get to know your students. Each appointment will be for a block of 4 weeks of teaching.
