Flower Child Cafe Warringah Mall is hiring a part-time barista. Thinking of working in the most iconic and busiest cafe & restaurant in the local area? **Location**: Westfield Warringah Mall
- We value leadership, exceptional people skills, and a knack for training over everything. We're looking for someone who is not just friendly but can foster a warm, familial environment among staff
- Ability to run 5-6kg of coffee beans solo on daily basis
- Decent latte art
- Knowledge of coffee machines, and grinders (La Morzocco, Anfim, Mazzer,)
- Experience working at busy cafes

**Primary Duty**
- Responsible for the quality and consistency of coffee and beverages being served according to the company’s guidelines;
- Inventory managing (including milk, coffee, cakes, pastries & miscellaneous such as cups etc.);
- Both weekend days are part of the requirement of this role;
- Coordinating with the venue manager for barista rostering and having an eye on the cost;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 26 per week

- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
