Flower Child Cafe, a renowned brand with three venues in Sydney (Warringah, Castle Towers & Chatswood ), is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Manager to steer our front of house & bar operations at Warringah Mall

**Location**: Brookvale, Warringah Mall.

**About the Role**:The Assistant Manager will closely collaborate with the Venue Manager and directly interact with the General Manager and the Managing Director. This is a full-time position, demanding a commitment of 5 days a week, with the flexibility to step in when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily venue operations ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.
- Experience in specialty coffee;
- Collaborate effectively with the manager for smooth day-to-day functioning;
- hands-on and eyes on supervising other team members, leading as an example;
- Assist hiring, training, and, when necessary, terminating employees.
- Report and liaise regularly with the Venue Manager and Managing Director.
- At **least 1 year of FOH Management experience**;

- **Hard Skills**: Basic knowledge of menus, coffee, and customer service is a must.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, hiring, and training is necessary.
- **Commitment**: Willingness to work on weekends and all public holidays. Puts the team's needs above one's own, ensuring a cohesive and supportive work environment.
