**About the department**

The Healthy Communities Unit at Barwon Health leads the delivery of, and supports local health promotion action. Using a place based, partnership approach we aim to achieve better and more equitable health and wellbeing outcomes for the community in the Barwon region.

**About the role**

Barwon Health is currently seeking a Health Promotion Officer to use contemporary health promotion practice to plan, implement and evaluate primary prevention initiatives that contribute to improved health outcomes in the community.
