We are looking for an experienced and dynamic store manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy cafe. The store manager will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Train, motivate and lead a team of cafe associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare regular reports for senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- A degree or diploma in business management or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
