**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated Support & Test Equipment (S&TE) Specialist to support the most exciting engine platforms in the defence sector - the legendary F/A 18 Super Hornet’s F414 engine, M1 Abrams AGT1500 engine and the F135 engine that powers the most advanced fifth-generation fighter in the world - the F35 Lightning II.

Your duties include:

- Deliver a commercially focussed S&TE Asset Management performance management culture of responsibility and authority
- Maintain Regulatory Compliance across Asset Management
- Overall ownership and accountability for the TAE Asset Management solution in company ERP systems.
- Management of S&TE solutions across the business
- Develop & maintain asset management policies & procedures
- Provide coordination & oversight of Support & Test Equipment Management.
- Delivery of Asset Management Services including, but not limited to:

- Provide performance reporting and analysis information
- Develop Physical, Data and Functional Audits
- Provide MRD, Repair Level and Life Cycle Costing Analysis services for S&TE

**Essential**
- Demonstrated experience in asset performance management for manufacturing or repair operations
- Experience in asset strategy and risk management
- Experience with reliability centred maintenance, condition-based maintenance and predictive asset management
- Demonstrated Asset Management Engineering and Maintenance experience within an ERP (IFS and/or SAP Preferable)
- Appropriate qualifications in Engineering / Asset Management

**Desirable**
- Broad knowledge of and experience in maintenance practices involved within aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and Engineering environment or similar
- ISO55001 working knowledge
- Appropriate Asset Management Training
