**What You'll Do**:

- **Collaborate and Strategies**:Work closely with Agribusiness Executives to understand client needs and formulate effective strategies
- **Financial Analysis**:Undertake financial modelling and analysis to support our growth strategy and ensure excellent outcomes are achieved for our customers
- **Client Relationship Management**:Develop the skills to proactively recommend ideas and solutions to assist in managing client relationships

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**:A Background in commercial banking, advisory, accounting, or agribusiness would be beneficial, or alternately a demonstrated education in the fields of Finance and Agriculture that you want to expand on further in a role of this type.
- **Analytical Skills**:Interest in developing strong research and analytical skills, including financial modelling and credit analysis
- **Customer Focus**:Passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions-focused thinking
- **Education**:A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or a related discipline is highly regarded
