You’ll join our friendly Victoria Marketing and Communications Team and support the development and delivery of our regional internal and external engagement objectives, while building on GHD Victoria’s strong external brand and industry reputation.

With a marketing or communications degree and 5 years+ of corporate or commercial experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you to work with an industry leader, grow your professional network and expand your world as a valued member of our global marketing and communications community.

- Bringing creative flair in coordinating and planning internal and external events
- Producing great narratives and engaging communications pieces
- Developing campaigns and content for our internal audiences
- Proactively driving external marketing tactics that elevate our industry voice
- Delivering marketing collateral that translates the technical into human-centric stories

**We value what you bring**:

- Around 5 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role
- Experience in developing and deploying employee engagement communications
- Experience in external marketing strategies that elevate brand and reputation
- Event management experience
- A passion and talent for writing and editing
- Positive values and behaviours, with great teamwork and people skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Degree in marketing or communications
