This position is a two year Fixed Term Full Time position.

**Your role in our future.**

The Patient Navigator is an integral member of the team, playing an important role in providing first line response to incoming calls from patients, carers and referrers in the community. They resolve questions and concerns around appointments, including appointment instructions. If the caller requires a clinician, the Patient Navigator will direct this call to the most appropriate clinical team member in a timely manner. They are an expert in supporting patient flow through the cancer care system and play a vital role in facilitating timely patient access to care.
