Job description

We are a Mobile and Tech Online/retail store, currently located in Lidcombe(NSW), We are seeking a team member who can assist our retail store customers and online customer inquiries.

**As a team member your role will include**:

- Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers
- Providing and maintaining friendly, helpful and professional customer service to customers at all times.
- Maintain Online Store performances and good customer feedbacks.
- Managing Online store disputes in relation to customer purchases
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Processing & assessment of after sales returned items
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned and general store tasks
- Rotating Roster, including some weekends

**To succeed in this retail store member, you are recognised as someone who ha**s:

- 1-2 years experience in retail / online
- Really passionate about customer experience
- Interest in mobiles and technology products
- Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
- Eager to learn
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Desire to develop your career in retail and online eCommerce

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 38 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $21 - $25.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
