Sales Representative
**Manitou Center Sydney is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative with exceptional sales and negotiation skills to join our dynamic team near Sydney Olympic Park.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Generate new sales within your designated territory.**
- **Showcase your people skills and build strong customer relationships.**
- **Assist both internally and externally with the development and promotion of Manitou Group products.**
- **Establish and maintain contact with new and existing customers, both in person and electronically, to build strong business relationships and generate sales in line with KPIs set by the Center Manager.**
- **Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, including visits, contacts, and quotes, in the CRM system.**
- **Proactively prospect for new customers within your designated sales territory, utilising various sales techniques such as cold calling, referrals, and networking to secure sales opportunities.**
- **Actively promote the full range of services and products offered by Manitou Center.**
- **Effectively demonstrate new and used equipment to potential customers to maximise sales opportunities.**
**Skills & Experience**:
- **Preferred: Sound understanding of equipment, heavy machinery, or related industries.**
- **Strong commercial acumen.**
- **Outgoing attitude with the ability to thrive in a team environment.**
- **Results-oriented and highly motivated self-starter.**
- **Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.**
- **Excellent communication and time management skills.
