We are a busy clinic on the northern Gold Coast with a unique opportunity for a medical receptionist, this is a casual position approximately 10-15 hours per week with availability to cover sick and annual leave when necessary.

The applicant must be committed and enthusiastic in this role and have the ability to work as part of a team, establish good rapport with our doctors and staff, and be supportive and understanding with our patients.

Experience in the following is preferred:

- Previous medical reception duties would be beneficial
- Front reception duties including answering phones, making appointments, billing and receipting DVA and medicare claiming
- Filing and scanning
- Experience with Pracsoft and Medical director an advantage but not necessary (training provided)
- Initiative and ability to prioritise
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and support for the doctors, patients, nurses and dermal therapist.
