NOW HIRING | This Melbourne based aspirational luxury destination client host a curation of international contemporary designer brands as well as the creation of their own renowned in-house brand that creates a truly unique retail experience.

Renowned for its signature leather, silks and luxe knits the brand embodies a modern global style - we are searching for a Boutique Business Manager who understands the client experience required from a luxury brand. Based out of the James St location - you will report to the Head of Retail to deliver results for your store whilst managing a highly creative, talented and passionate team.

This requires a career retailer, who understands the significance of customer and brand experience, styling, and seamless operations in-store who will introduce the brand to the wider community.

You will drive commerciality, engage with the wider community through CRM and events and lead and develop a team of Stylists.
- Ability to drive key sales outcomes
- Understanding of delivering on KPI’s
- Experience in delivering an exceptional customer experience
- The ability to build credibility, coach and influence others
- Exceptional organisational skills

There is a strong salary on offer level with experience, incentives for achievement of targets, clothing allowance, staff wardrobe and staff discount offerings.
