**About the role**:
As a multi-site **Boutique Operations Coordinator** for our **Brisbane CBD locations**, this position will support the Boutique and Online client to create an exceptional experience by maintaining accurate inventory and monitoring store supplies. This multi-site position will work across the Scanlan Theodore QueensPlaza and David Jones QueensPlaza Boutiques.

**This role will**:

- Be a Scanlan Theodore brand ambassador and lead by example
- Ensure all online orders that are allocated to the boutique are fulfilled accurately and efficiently in line with ST standards
- Manage preparation of stock in the lead up to a new collection or when replenishment is received
- Collaborate with Head Office teams by maintaining physical stock, delivery, and transfer processes (both in and out) of the boutique for new deliveries, consolidations and recalls
- Accurately and efficiently complete all store operations administration
- Maintain boutique brand standards in terms of appearance, cleanliness & visual merchandising
- Be a team player, establishing workable and effective relationships with all colleagues

**About you**:

- Proven experience in Boutique inventory management
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills, works proactively with an ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Full-time availability across Monday to Friday
