**About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to deliver an efficient and effective administrative support service to our clients, members of the public and hospital staff who utilise the services provided by Administrative Support Services. Develop, implement and maintain comprehensible systems and processes that enable timely and accurate patient support within The Prince Charles Hospital.
About you
Provide high standard of data integrity
Ensure that patients are eligible to access Queensland Health services for both inpatients and outpatients whether they are from reciprocal countries and/or those patients considered ineligible in accordance with State and Commonwealth guidelines, including the associated Patient Election process and Medicare validations.
Where appropriate maximise opportunities for the District by identifying and discussing options with those patients whom have private health cover providing an informed election choice.
