Are you passionate about fitness, sales, and customer service? Mates Gym is looking for a motivated and experienced **Sales & Reception Representative** to be the face of our gym

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Minimum 2 years of experience** in:

- Personal Training / Fitness Industry
- Sales & Customer Service
- Reception & Administration
- **Intermediate computer skills**:

- (MS Office, CRM, Social Media Management)
- **Strong communication & interpersonal skills**

**Sales-driven mindset** - ability to convert leads into memberships

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment**

**Knowledge of gym equipment & fitness trends**

**Must have a valid driver’s licenseWhat You’ll Do**:
Greet and assist gym members with enthusiasm
Manage gym memberships, payments & inquiries
Promote Mates Gym services, classes, and PT sessions
Handle reception & admin tasks efficiently
Manage social media updates and customer interactions

Work with the team to ensure the best customer experience
