**About the role**:
Are you a master of the dough, a connoisseur of crusts, and a wizard with yeast? If so, we want you to be a key ingredient in our bakery team We’re searching for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments. You’ll take pride in contributing to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.

**About you and your skills**:

- ** Trade Certification or Diploma**: A formal qualification in baking is required, showcasing your commitment to the trade.
- ** Extensive baking experience**: Particularly in a high-speed baking setting. This is the yeast that will help our team rise to the occasion.
- ** Food safety and hygiene knowledge**: We take safety and hygiene seriously. Your knowledge of these aspects is essential to uphold our high standards.
- ** Customer obsessed**: Our customers are at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for someone who can delight our customers with their love for baking.
- ** Passion for quality and consistency**: You take pride in every loaf that you deliver.
- ** Mentorship and Team Support**: We are looking for a team player who can coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
