Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Timely fault analysis and rectification of technical issues
  • Service and maintenance of installed equipment on existing sites
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with building performance and energy efficiency solutions, as well as building mechanical services
  • Skills in IT, network communication, and PC hardware configuration
  • Previous BMS/DDC software engineering skills are preferred
  • At least 5 years' experience in building controls post-apprenticeship
  • Commercial HVAC operational experience
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service
  • A strong understanding of chiller/boiler and airside plant performance and design requirements
  • An electrical license or restricted electrical license is essential
